I decided to kick off 2018 in my home base of DC! We met up at the National Portrait Gallery, in questionable weather, decked out in African prints and denim! All of the colors, beauty, and radiating energy literally stopped traffic! A few tourists took photos and even asked to jump in some shots! Our timing was great, as the shoot was right before the unveiling of the Obama portraits and the opening of Black Panther!

It was a great way to start the year!
